Font Color In Rules Registration Field

How do I change the font color in the rules during registration? As you can see from this link:

My font color is the same as my background.

Login to AdminCP.

Styles & Templates > style manager > and hit (all style options) GO button next to your style.

Then scroll below to "Page Background" and change the font color to darker color.

Okay, just set it to black but nothing changed?

It says in your page source that the css class is "page". So change the font-color for that class in main CSS.
