Location of text

Hey everyone. I have a problem with designing my site. I designed a footer, but the links on it are a few pixels too low. Is there a way I can change the location of the link in the footer? Thanks!

I would guess you could. It's hard to tell you how when we don't see what the footer template code is nor do we see an image of what is currently showing and what you want it to look like.
