Automaitc collapse/expand quick reply

Well, I've been searching about this but haven't found anything...
I'd like to have the quick reply button, but having the quick reply box hidden or collapsed.
When you click the quick reply button, quick reply box expands itself.

Is there anyway to do this?

And having a "quick reply" button near the "post reply" one to that purpose?
