Site Integration vbulletin with vshare?

Does anyone know if this can be done? I know their is no binge set for this...but with some coding done do you think someone could do this for me. I am looking to integrate my vbulletin forum with vshare... which is the script seen here vshare.in

Would like it all to be one site...meaning when they login on my homepage which will be the vshare account, they will be on the vbulletin as well.
