Custom Pass-Thru Page
 

Is it possible to create a pass-thru page that will warn members about clicking on links in posts that they are doing so at their own risk, and that site owners have no way to validate the links or sites themselves that the links point to, etc. then provide two buttons on that page to allow them to go on to the desired page, or to cancel, close the window and go back to the forum?

If anyone has read through the World of Warcraft forums, you will know what I'm talking about.
