can I change my Registration page

Hi i would like to add something to my Registration page ! i went into admin options and dont see anything in there to change the wording ! can someone help me :)

The template is called 'register' but the text you are looking for is probably a phrase. Go to Languages & Phrases > Search on Phrases and put part of the text in there to find the phrase to edit.

well i changed my page but now the rigister link is gone :(

You got rid of the register link html when you changed it. This is what the phrase "admin_required_register" is supposed to be:

The administrator may have required you to <a href="{1}">register</a> before you can view this page.

If you want to change it, then just add to it (or at least keep the registration link).
