Most annoying problem in the world with my vB
 
Ok, so my vbulletin forum has been acting really weird lately and glitchy which is probably due to switching hosts too many times like 10 times (i have bad luck when it comes to finding good hosts)

The problem is when i edit any usergroups it doesn't make the changes i make to it, what it will do it create a new usergroup and have the change i made in that one and THEN i can change the settings in the original one but after i have to delete the duplicate one that was created all the time

wtf is the problem this is extremely weird

Try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
