Double navigation in new theme?

I added 2 new themes to my site, and am trying to get the double nav to work as well. It is not showing, but it shows fine in the Default theme.

I would give the link to my board, but it is closed so you might not beable to see it so here are 3 screen shots.

Default it works

If a modification is not working correctly, you need to ask for help in the modification thread. My guess is you need to follow the installation instructions for each style you have.
