Association / Guild / Clan fees tracker

I seen this request by other persons i will try to reflect their ideas so if this can go up by any chance the ppl can use it the way they want.

- The User End should be a simple list so the user can see if he miss any fee, quote whatever, and maybe see the other users set to that list too, maybe a color code to reflect in a better way the payment info. green, yellow, red as the total of the fee's the unpaied users are missing. A graphic to be generated to reflect users missing fee's users paid would be nice to see as well a user notification if missing to pay the fee after X days.

- All this should be managed by the admin and moderator or if was able to set some id's would be even better.

- The idea is (thats why i talk on a roaster) the admin should be able to add the users by id, or username and set is personall fee on X date.

- Now the hard part (i think):

- set different groups of users with different fee's for eatch group

- set the date for eatch group of the payment (set by month/week/specific day every month/specific week day)

- set the currency name or symbol to fit the needs

- one or two free text imput camps for something else after the user name, to be reflected on the end user list

- maybe hability to set a goal for a especific date

For ex. this is the way i track a MMO game payment:

- Username - is class - is grade - week 1 - week 2 - week 3 till get the full month. The fee is set by week, every tuesday i mark the respective week with a color, who missing fee's who paid in advance for like 4 months, and so on

The fee is depending on the Grade of the player, and the fee amount is set for a week if they want to pay more the option is only week by week

Now a ex. for a culture association - In this case theres like 860 Members with quotes, and that works by month, theres 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and one full year quote avaiable to them

- Membername - is position (senior, camping activity, etc.) - month - month (This was beeing marked in a full year calendar with a pen

Top search for something like this would be game players running games without support for guild / clan tax as usuall...

And small associations who work with monthly quotes

Hope you get the full idea, nything let me know (My English sometimes can be weird) :erm:
