Install new skin question?

I want to install a new skin for my forum. The problem is: I have a lot of template modifycation and install a new skin make me have to edit everything again and that would be very ...:(

Any idea how to do it in a more convinent method?

It's no use now, but you could have used TMS and have had an easy way to perform upgrades and style installations.

In any case, you will have to perform your edits again.
