I'm looking for feedback from those that have used DeskPro or Kayako.

Which have you used?
What are your thoughts?
What do/did you like about them?
What do/did you dislike about them?
Is there anything you wish you knew before making the purchase?

u can search on 3.6 section or 3.7 section
