You have $stylevar[outertablewidth] set to 90% in StyleVars.

Where does it say 90%? Could you update the code for me to 100% and show me the whole code?

I'll just copy some of it here with 100% in there. But, as I said, you have the stylevar 'outertablewidth' set to 90% which is why it is doing that. I'll take that var out and put 100% in, but you could do without modifying the template and just modifying your StyleVars.
