how to change breadcrum location

hey all,

im creating a new template that is fixed and where the login and breadcrum normaly is i am putting ligon and a advert so i would like to move the bread crum some where else!

i am using vbadvanced so this is one of the reasons why i am working it like this as i dont want the breadcrum to show on the front page and only to show in the actural forum area!

is there a way to put it below the normal navbar area ? i dont mind having to add it to all the forum ares one by one but when i do put it in there it still shows as a small box and connects the the navbar for some reason !

any one know of a good 100% lenth code that i could use ?

thanks for your help!

When you put it where? Can you give us an example and then an image of the results? I don't fully understand what you did, what the result was, and exactly where you want it to be.

sorry im working on a live site so i can't leave it there i added it to the top of forum home and the showthread templates and it some how connected up to the navbar andwas pushing the login area to the left of the nabar and showing its self in the right side of the navbar!

i was hoping some one could give me the code for just a basic breadcrum area that will go in the top of templates like forum home under the $navbar code

Create a new style to work on it or do it on a test site so it doesn't effect your live site.

You can't put something at the top of FORUMHOME or SHOWTHREAD. Well, you can, but you'd screw up the html on your page. You can add it under the $navbar area in those templates. If you don't want it 'attached' then put some lines in there (<br />) or enclose it in div tags to 'separate' it.
