attachment usage exceeded 1.06 gb
 

hello, i have an attachment usage limit of 1.06 and cannot upload anymore attachments, went to attachment storage type and it looks like i can move the files elsewhere, but can't seem to figure it out. please help. thanks, Tim

here is the window that pops up after choosing to move files from database to another file, do i need to make a file folder to go, or choose a file?

We attempted to write a test file to /path/to/your/attachment/directory, but we were unsuccessful. Please verify that the web server has write/delete permissions for this path.

You need to specify a path for attachments to be stored in the file system. The path should be an absolute path (e.g. /home/someone/vbattach). Also, this directory should have full read/write permissions (CHMOD 777).
