Arcade Files deleted...help?
 

Hey there, I recently did some updates and somehow ended up deleting the arcade. Anyhow I wont elaborate on that since it was my own fault but the prob now is...I reinstalled the arcade and all the scores and name of the games are still present. The problem is the games aren't viewable or playable. So to state that a bit clearer, all the games are listed, scores are still present, game information is still there but no thumbnails show up for the games and when you click on the game name a black screen opens up where the game would load.

Any ideas if I've missed a step? I did re-upload the games into the tar folder but again the images never loaded up and I'm not too sure where to go from here.

I'm running VB 3.7.3 and ibProArcade v2.6.7+

Sounds like you will need to unpack the tar files and upload all the files to the correct folders. ie images to the arcade/images folder, the gamedata folders to arcade/gamedata and the swf to the arcade folder.

Ok I unpacked one tar file to see if it works. It does, problem now is the game is viewable and playable but when you go to submit your score I'm getting an error.

mySQL query error: SELECT scoretimeout FROM games_settings

mySQL error: Unknown column 'scoretimeout' in 'field list'

Now there is one file that I didn't upload....which of course I'm sure you have to. The question is what folder do I upload the php file for the game? Which probably will fix my issue, I hope. Any other ideas for me please? By the way thanks for the first help to!

You don't need to upload the .php files that come with a game.

Make sure you have uploaded the holdsession.php file to your forum directory. If that doesn't help re-install the arcade product to make sure all the database has been created (setting the allow overwrite option to yes)
