How do I show users viewing thread

I know this topic has been asked a million times but in each of my searches it's not what I'm looking for. In the attached photo is what I'm looking for.

I already checked my settings in AdminCP > vboptions > Thread Display Options (showthread) > Show Users Browsing Thread > It's clicked Yes.

So how can I do this? I'm using 3.7.3

This isn't standard vb, which is why you aren't finding it in your options. I'm not seeing a modification for it here either (did a search for "view*" "all mods" "titles only"). My search term may be off.
