Using forum bits on html pages
 
I'd like to add some forum bits to the main page of my web, like a News section or similar, without any header, forums index, or statistics. Simply the threads in a box. Can this be done?

Sorry if this has been asked before, been searching and browsing the forum but couldn't find any info.

You might want to look through the Articles forums. searching "latest" "articles" "titles only" gives me this - Create "Latest Threads" Custom Page which should help point you in the right direction.
