Auto make user recive Email on PM

Hello, I'm kicking my self at this. I cant bloomin remember how to do it.

How do i make it so that all my usergroups auto get emailed on a Private message?

automatic receive confirmation via email if receive PM on forum ?

usercp > edit option > Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages > YES
