End a user session

I do not know if this is possible or maybe a hack somewhere, but I have a problem of people sitting on whos online all day long. And sometimes its crazy bots with unknown locations trying to get people to click some bogus link to phish info or something. ANyway to combat this or maybe just kick a certain user offline...Or maybe end their session?
