I have a relatively new BB that I'm just designing. Our users cannot upload
their pictures to their Albums. The message reads one of the following:

Imageinfo Failed:
sh: /usr/local/bin/identify: No such file or directory

Invalid File

Does anyone on the board know what might be causing this? If so, can
you offer any advise on how to fix the problem?

It sounds like you chose you use Imagemagick but you didn't put in the correct path. Either fix the path or change to GD. vboptions > image options

That was the problem. It was set to GD but I had the 'example' path to Imagemagick
in place. Thank you so much!
