Is there a mod that will allow me to set a post limit for new users by day?

I do not know of one for 3.7 . I know there is one for 3.0, cuz I was using it. You can probably take that one and modify it, but it may take a bit of time. I think I've seen someone else talking about writing one though, but I wouldn't expect it for a while.
