Any idea?

Hi everyone.

I've been searching for a while a type of Mod where the mod brings a forum into maintenance mod, especially if you have a large forum and you want the server to cool down a bit of some sort, and the Mod would close the forum automatically (cron job basically) to help the server cool from time to time. Also, the script can perform some basic tasks such as cleaning spam in forums, and stuff like that. Does this kind of Mod exist?
