Question and Answer Verification for vb 3.6

Just wondering how you set the Question and Answer Verification for vBulletin 3.6. I know it can be done on 3.7 but can it be done on 3.6? If so how can it be set?

There is a modification called "NoSpam!" that does this for 3.6.
