Must Have Atleast 'X' Posts Before Creating New Threads
 

There should be a modification that lets you set a minimum number of posts a member must have before he/she can start a new thread. For example, new members need at least 5 posts before they can create threads.

I know you can do this by making a new usergroup, but I'd like something a little easier. :)

I forgot to add one thing. You'd have to be able to disable the mod for certain forums. For example, I'd like members to be able to post in the general discussion forums and create introduction threads. I'd just like them to have at least 5 or 10 posts before creating their own threads in the main forums.
