Merging Forums

Hello,
i have 2 forums on 1 website (new website, with empty content)
lets say
/forum1
/forum2
but two different language.

Now im trying to let my users in forum1 to access forum2 without having to register again.. (or users in forum2 to access forum1) meaning i want to link the users for both forums.

is there anyway to do this?

p.s.: all i want is users to be shared between two forums, so they dont have to register again..

for vb 3.7.3
