How do I upgrade from 3.6.8?

I haven't upgraded in a while, so I still have 3.6.8. What's the latest version? Where do I find the files? and what do I do?

Sorry, I'm no expert ;)

well if you have a valid current leased/owned license you get them from the vbulletin.com member as area

also the "how to" is in the Vbulletin manual
