How to list top threads?

Hello
I want to make a list of top threads which I choose in a table, and located below the header.
How can I do that?
Is there a product for that?

There is a top stats hack, but it chooses the threads based on replies/popularity.

As far as choosing your own, I don't think a mod is made for it.
