member profile link in navbar ??????
 
i think this is a simple sollution but i don just get it..

i want a link in my navbar that the user can go to , to view his profile.. not the controll panel but the profile..

how should i write the link?

Like they have in the top right corner here?

This is what I have in my navbar template where the username in "Welcome, username" is supposed to be:
