Editing Permissions Problem
Seems like this should exist but I can't find it under the user groups permissions.
I have a supermoderator group, but I want to make it so they cannot edit OTHER people's posts; while still being able to delete them/move them/etc. Is this possible? Thanks. |
Hi Robert - I off hand can't think of any in-built way to do this, since normally supermoderators would / should have global edit abilities.
I suppose you could work around this by using conditionals in the templates themselves, so that the edit buttons and drop-down moderation items don't appear except for one's own posts - but this would require quite a lot of of template modification. |
