Collapse / Expand

Hi All,

Many of my members are not very computer or web literate!

I have edited the forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template and added Expand/ Collapse as follows:

But it does not look very good.......

BUT how do I do it like here on VBorg? Or can someone help me to show only the word collapse (when expanded) and Expand (when collapsed),

They just edited the images to include the words expand and collapse, with a transparent background.

But for the life of me (and Firefox with developer addin) can I find the images!
