"Knowledge reqired" field in modifications

Suggestion:
A "knowledge required" field in modification threads.
We could specify whether no/basic/advanced HTML/PHP/CSS/JavaScript knowledge is required to install the modification.

Personally, I can't release mods any more that are supplied with template changes for stock vB templates, as mine are too customized and I would have to do extra work for that, which I don't have time for.

I know we can add it as text inside the modification thread but we could do that with the other fields as well (like the vB version required), so its not an argument againist the implementation of the feature. :)

People ignore the "vB Version", so what makes you think they won't ignore the suggested field either?

If only "knowledge" was a prerequisite for registration too, we'd have a much better community ethos ;)

Some people ignore the thread title too, lets remove it :p

I sometimes ignore the first post in a thread I think we should abandon this also.

I do as well. However, I think it remembers which you collapse? I guess it wouldn't hurt to have an option to collapse all by default, but i think having the first post their is beneficial overall.

On one hand, maybe a mini rating system for difficulty of modification installation and use would be a good idea, although on the other hand it might well be ignored... I'd say just try it and see what happens.

this wouldn't help at all, nice idea tho ;)

I like this idea. :)
