Delete Template

Unrelated to my other recent thread that's ongoing.

How do we delete a custom template?

We believe it was added by an add on we installed, I can see it's location clearly in the custom template location, so I don't know for sure if we had to make it or the add on did. After uninstalling the add on this template is still here, and I see no delete button.

How do I remove it?

You hit Revert to remove a custom template.
