Set color for user profile field like usergroup

Hello,

I just want to ask you guys here one question.

If how can I make a custom profile field, created with User profile field manager can have same color (html markup) like usergroups.

exp: If you are a mod, it will be show blue color. and red color for Admin group.

For usergroup, simple edit html markup when creating a new group. But any suggestion for user tittle ?
