Buy advertisement with points

Hi

I have a mod that grant my users points when they start a new thread and post on the forum.
Is there a mod that will allow them to use those points on advertisement spots on my site?

One example is let them upload an image which then will be showing under the header, footer or other places on the forum for a spesific time?
