Shortened URL's - I'm desperate to change this!
 

Hi all.

I'm running three high traffic sites with V3.72.

My users share a lot of url links. Vb will always start to wordwrap long links to display shorter versions - like this:

http://www.ImareallylonglinkandVBjus...formysites.com

This is a real issue for files that have many links, as users wish to highlight the url's and copy the links for use in a download manager. VB's default behavior simply won't allow it to display full links.

After some searching I think the number of characters displayed before 'wrapping' is defined by
$wordwrap
But I'm afraid I simply don't know how to change this variable or modify it!

I know all of you guys are very sharp, and I also know many of you will have had and tackled this problem, so I'd be eternally grateful if someone could share their knowledge or experience with me to help me resolve this issue!
