Username Color Per User

Didn't there use to be a modification where you could set a user up with a custom colored username?

I know i can create usergroups and give it group wide, but I just need to give different colors to different members for a particular reason, and not whole usergroups.

vbcustomizer does this. This used to be with the store mod.
