Ad After 2nd Post

I am trying to find the code to put an ad after the second post of every page.

Right now I have;

<if condition="$post[postcount] == 2">

However, that just sticks an ad on the first page.

I remember trying in the past but running into issues with Quick Reply screwing up because of the ad.

This is on 3.6.8.

Any ideas?
