Need code for HELP drop down menu in navbar just like vbullettin.org navbar
 
Who can help me with this code? I want to create a Help drop down menu in my navbar. For example see the Help item in the vbulletin.org navbar. In that drop down menu I want to place links to FAQ, Tickets, Forum Rules etc.
