Attachment Extensions on Files

Hi, is there any option to show attachment extensions on the URL?

I mean, istead of showing this:

http://www.mydomain.com/picture.php?albumid=21&pictureid=50

We want to show this:

http://www.mydomain.com/folder/05123.jpg

I think you cant use with that way, because all pictures uploaded to the server are renamed to *.picture not *.file_exestion
