User Message Corrections

Hey guys I am trying to auto correct certain aspects of a couple members posting for fun. What I mean by that is for instance if a member uses "....." between every word that they write, the periods would be converted into something else. I would use replacement variables but that will affect everyone when I want just one user. Seems to be just a simple if command that currently escapes me.

Any help would be appreciated :D
