[HELP] Auto move user from Registered group to Awaiting Email Confirmation Group?

I got some trouble with my forum using VBB 3.73 PL1.

Somebody said me that they can't post thread, reply, edit their owner threads in my forum. I checked, something wrong with their group.
Auto move user from Registered group to Awaiting Email Confirmation Group.:eek:
And this is the reason why they don't have some permissions like a registered user.
I don't know what's things occuring.
Need help, Thanks.

check vboptions > registration options > Verify Email address in Registration do you have that set to Yes?

If you set this option to 'Yes' new members will not be allowed to post messages until they visit a link that is sent to them in an email when they sign up.

If a user's account is not activated by the user visiting the link, it will remain in the 'Users Awaiting Activation' usergroup.

Thanks. But you don't know my mind.
It's not relate to Verify Email address in Registration setting.
They among registered group, but someday, has changed; some of users from Registered group moved to Awaiting Email Confirmation Group.

They probably updated their email address. If a user changes his email address, he is placed in the Awaiting Email Confimration usergroup and a confirmation email is sent out. Once he confirms the new email, he is put back in his original usergroup.
