I edited it on photoshop to my liking. How do I make it look like this?

copy the code from your photo shop color add the # in front eg: #000fft
and past it to your "First Alternating Color"
Styles & Templates>>Style Manager>>Click Go on your style>>>scroll down to:
"First Alternating Color" "Standard CSS Attributes" "Background">>>you color.

EDIT:

o/you mean the star lol.

go to your styles images "statusicon" rename your stars to:
eg: blue star name to: forum_new.gif
green star to: forum_old.gif


upload your stars and over write in images/statusicon folder.
go back to your forum and refresh your page.

The blue background, but only to that forumm :) All the rest are the grey.

then try what i said above:

if you want 1 color only for that forum and the rest of the forum another color, you will have to use this hack
