utf8 and normal english not matched !

Hi , i am using a right to left utf8 persian language on my vbulletin forum.
wenn i change the language to english the words are not readable any more !
how can i slove this problem that i can use the both languages ?

utf8 and english compatiblity ?

You will need to set the correct Language and Character Set in the english language settings.
