Usergroup Moderator

Ok i'm looking for a hack for vBulletin 3.7.3 where i can give right to certain people to add and remove members from specific usergroups.

Like the following mod for Simple Machine Forum does http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=171

This is because i'm running a Guild Wars alliance forum for multiple alliances and i want the leader and officers of those alliances to be able to manage there own members.

Make it a public joinable usergroup with 1 or more group leaders.

That's where you get the anoying part, that members start requesting access to all public groups.
Still up to the leaders ofcourse to accept them, but still not easy enough in my opinion.
Or normal members start asking of officer groups and the guild leader get's anoyed.

Group Moderators would make life much easier :D

What is the difference between Group Leaders and Group Moderators?

Well the way i used it on for example Simple Machines (that's probably why i'm used to saying moderator) i could allow certain people access to 1 or more usergroups, almost the same as a group leader can.
The big difference is the people who had access could simply go to a group's tab on there navigation bar, select there group (where they had authorisation) and add members to it and remove members, whitout the need to go into an admin panel or the groups needing to be public.

So the guild leader of guild A, could add and remove members from his member group and officer group on the forum, he couldnt access the groups from guild B.
An officer of Guild A could only add and remove members.

Also there was no need for the members to ask permission to get into a group, avoiding lot's of requests for all public groups on the board.
Little bit anoying when you get new members and they start asking for Guild A officer, Guild A member and even Guild C-D-E public groups.
