Problem: Registering members go into two groups

I have it currently set so when members register their name, they receive 85 Reputation - which puts them into the usergroup ' Regular' - Via promotion.

I still have SOME members, random ones(?) - who register into the Default group ' Members ' - But still continue the same title and Reputation as ' Regular '

It's not an issue that shows on the site, but it shows in the ACP Members : 9 Regulars : 11 - So it's different, and it keeps going, some into Regulars, and some into Members.

Can anyone tell me why it's being seperated into two groups? Should I remove 'Members' in total?

I accidentally removed Super Moderator's, and don't know how to make another one, so I'm scared to do it again.

The Promotions job only runs once an hour, I think. So, users will go into a regular usergroup first and then once the Promotions job runs, they will get moved to the new usergroup.

Is that what you are asking about?

Also, check to see if you have a usergroup id 5. That is what the Super Moderator group is supposed to be.

Ya, I still have 5 :D

Can I make it so they update sooner then that? I'm tryin to merge members over(no merge option from Proboards.com) and would like them to all be the same when they move, can I make it every 10 minutes?

If so, how?

I suppose you could run it more often. Go to Scheduled Tasks > Scheduled Task Manager > find User Promotions in the list > Edit > and under Minute select numbers in 10 minute increments, ie. 02, 12, 22, 32, 42, 52 and Save.
