Subscriptions help?
 

ok what im doing is trying to add box's in a form such as

First Name: Last Name: ect... what i would like it todo is they have to type in the boxes then push "Order Using Paypal" after thats done, all the information in the form is then placed inside a database for future use, is there a way i can do this.. and how would i make it work for only 1 subscription?

ok to make this sound easier.. what i need is ill have personal data people type in a form, like name / phone... what i need is how to write this information to a database with permissions to let only admins access and a search feature to make things better to find
