Is there any mods that enable you to disable a ceratin forum from being showed when you click new posts?

You can simply edit the navbar template and edit the link for "new posts" and add the following to the link.

search.php?do=getnew&exclude=X

X= the forumid you want to exclude.

comma separated is the correct format.
