whats the css image i can use for vbulletin if its possible ok lets say like.. im able to center a image with no repeat on my site useing vbulletin ect.. but how would i go about making the image appear fully? if you know what i mean -_-

lets say for example..

the image i use doesnt fit on the full page, how would i go about making this image appear full page without stretching it? -_-

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but you might want to google CSS and background and see all the different things you can do with that property.
