Remove www from domain in all tables

Hi
I am removing the www from our domain but there are many posts, links etc that reference www.mydomain.com.

Can anyone advise what the sql would be to change all occurances of www.mydomain.com to just mydomain.com - thanks!

change it in your hosting control panel.

EDIt: scrap my idea. it should be in your hosting control panel
