my friend told me he was register in forum and he is steal links from the site and put them in another site

later he was banned

Reason: steal links

Someone 'stole' some links from a site? You mean like the urls that are in any page source? How do you steal those?

Your using the wrong phrase. "Stealing links" is impossible. You need to try to use different wording to phrase what you mean.

there is member put links like megaupload.com (games)

and my friend was copy the links and he put the links in his site

later the admin banned him

No, we don't know what you mean. How can you steal links? Lots of people copy links from one site and put them on other. You simply copy/paste them. How is that a hack?
